Jaco is an entrepreneur who has founded, built, and exited start-ups with a specific focus on FinTech and Pension technologies. He has worked in financial services for 15 years and worked for international companies like KPMG and PSG Group. He is Chartered accountant of South Africa and holds an MBA from IE University in Madrid, Spain.

Niel is an Actuary and Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in the UK, he has more than 16 years of experience in financial services. He has served on numerous company boards including the global board of Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuaries (CERA). He started his career as a pension fund valuator and consulted to many multinational pension funds in the UK, USA and Africa. He joined the ZAQ group in 2011 and was part of the team launching numerous successful ventures in financial services.

Julian is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and is currently heading up ZAQ's London Office. He was appointed as an Actuarial Director of ZAQ in 2017 where he has been responsible for consulting more than 20 listed clients in Africa, Australia and Europe. Julian has been part of the team who has founded and built a number of successful ventures in the fintech space.

Oliver is a Sloan Fellow and Entrepreneur Mentor in Residence at London Business School and a French graduate. He specialises in operational improvement and trade promotion and has worked internationally. Most recently he advised the Government of Rwanda on the Commonwealth Business Forum in Kigali
